Order Processing

All orders are processed within 6-12 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order is placed. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

Shipping Rates & Methods

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. We reserve the right to update shipping rates at any time without prior notice.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier. Delivery timelines provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

NUVR WEAR is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

Carrier delays
Weather conditions
Customs clearance (if applicable)
Incorrect or incomplete shipping information

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered at checkout is accurate and complete. NUVR WEAR is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, NUVR WEAR is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier directly.

International Shipping

International shipping availability and delivery times vary by destination. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.

Undeliverable Packages

Packages returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt may be subject to reshipping fees. Refunds will not be issued for undeliverable packages.
